January 9, 2015 Written by: The Historic Tax Credit Coalition

In December 2014, the Historic Tax Credit Coalition sent a 50(d) letter to the IRS and U.S. Treasury to follow up on the September 2014 meeting on forthcoming 50(d) guidance. At the request of the Coalition, guidance on 50(d) was placed on the 2015 Priority Guidance List.
