The HTCC Recognizes Industry Leader
June 30, 2015On June 4, 2015, the Historic Tax Credit Coalition (HTCC) honored the retirement of Alan Levine. In recognition of his twenty-three years of dedication to Chevron TCI, Inc., the HTCC presented an award to Alan as a result of his continued efforts to save many historic properties that otherwise may have been demolished. Alan contributed over $2 billion in tax credit equity to help finance over 520 property rehabilitations in over 170 cities and towns. Due to Alan’s steadfast commitment to the historic tax credit (HTC), Chevron TCI, Inc. has been a leading contributor to academic research that has documented the economic and catalytic impacts of the HTC. The HTCC congratulates Alan upon his retirement and expresses thanks for his many years of innovative leadership.
